Find Trusted Roofers

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 April 2026

1. About us

Find Trusted Roofers is a trading name of Digital Grove Ltd. We operate a national network that connects UK homeowners with local roofers. We are an introducer only: we do not carry out roofing work ourselves, and the contract for any work is between you and the roofer you choose to engage.

2. Our service

When you submit a request, we match it with one or more roofers in our network who cover your postcode and carry out the type of work you need. The roofers are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We verify certain credentials before a roofer joins the network (see clause 4), but we do not supervise, warrant or guarantee the work they carry out.

3. Quotes and pricing

Using Find Trusted Roofers is free for homeowners. Any quote you receive comes directly from the roofer, based on their own survey of your roof. We do not set prices, take payment for roofing work, or form part of the contract for that work. You should always obtain a written quote and are under no obligation to proceed.

4. Verification of roofers

Before a roofer joins our network we carry out checks including confirming their Companies House registration and public liability insurance, and noting any TrustMark, NFRC or CompetentRoofer membership. These checks verify credentials at a point in time; they are not a guarantee of the quality, safety or outcome of any work. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself that a roofer is right for your job.

5. Your relationship with the roofer

Any agreement for roofing work, including price, timescales, guarantees and dispute resolution, is between you and the roofer directly. We are not a party to that agreement and are not liable for the roofer's performance, delay, or workmanship.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the introduction service is limited, and we exclude liability for the acts, omissions or workmanship of any roofer in the network. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

7. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our introduction service, contact us at [email protected]. Complaints about the roofing work itself should be raised with the roofer directly, though we welcome feedback so we can review a roofer's place in our network.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
