Roofers in our network carry out pre-purchase surveys, insurance-claim assessments, and post-storm check-overs. Increasingly, they use drones for a full photographic record without needing scaffolding. A proper report covers the covering, ridges and verges, valleys, flashings, chimney, roofline and what's visible from the loft. Since the goal is clarity, it comes with photographs of every defect and a plain-English list of what needs doing now, what can wait, and what's fine.
How we help
Find Trusted Roofers is a national network that connects UK homeowners with local roofers. Since we are not a roofing contractor, we don't do the work ourselves. Instead, you tell us about your roof inspections job once, and we match you with a roofer in our network who covers your postcode and works on your roof type. Every roofer quotes from their own survey. You deal directly with them and choose whether to proceed.
We check the roofers in our network against Companies House, confirm public liability insurance, and note any TrustMark, NFRC or CompetentRoofer membership. We verify what we can, although we don't guarantee the work itself. The work is always contracted directly between you and the roofer.
